Reflection...Went Through...Be Ready For The Next..

          3^rd Grading has reached it's end. It was not easy. But I guess its worth it. Time ran so fast, another grading is over. Another box of knowledge were shared to us. This ending is also a start of a new grading period and probably our last grading period for this school year. This grading we have learn a lot. There were those HTML tags for background color, background image and many more. We also learned how to used the Microsoft FrontPage, which allows us to create HTML files easier and more attractive. Microsoft FrontPage is a lot easier to maneuver than that of the Notepad. Microsoft FrontPage is really a good application to create HTML files. Ma'am Donna and Ma'am Raiza taught us how to use this application. They also shared their knowledge about the environment of this application. And indeed they did their best to let us understand everything about this.

          As I said earlier, this grading wasn't easy. Learning how to use the Microsoft FrontPage is not that hard but for me, my main problem is TIME. Our time wasn't enough. For the last two grading periods, the same problems were encountered. Lack of time, too much excuses, and no Internet access. But of course, I am used to these problems so it was not that hard to face. Same problems? Then, why not solve them with same solutions. Right? You just need to be wise and patient enough to solve all of these. Manage time wisely, use it properly and NEVER WASTE it. TIME is so important. The best solution is TIME MANAGEMENT. :)

          Moving on, Fourth Grading Period will end earlier than these past three grading periods. I hope, our time would be just enough to finish all our lessons not only in ICT but for all our subject areas. Gonna bring out the best in me for this grading. This is the last grading for our fourth year life. Our last grading for our high school life. Poof! Gonna miss High School :) :) :)

NEW YEAR, NEW ME?

       Another year has passed. Let us thanks God that He gave us another year to live. Another year to make happy memories with the people who are always beside you, in good times or in bad times. Another year for us to gain good things, and to make new friends. Another year to do good things to everybody. Another year to live our life to the fullest and to enjoy it with our loved ones.

        New Year, new life? I don’t think so, well it’s for me. Is it necessary to have new life for this New Year? Will it be easy? Will it change any thing if I change? Do I really need to have new me? It’s bothering me, really.

        2013. I started this year happily and hopefully. I am very happy that I have another year to be with my family and friends. As life goes on, everything is changing. Maybe this year you’ll meet the unusual me but I am not NEW. It’s just some of my attitudes will be changed, for the better or maybe for the best. For this year, bad attitudes will be changed, and turn to good ones. But not all will be totally changed. For my school habits, study habits and also my eating habits, I will pursue to change these. I will be more studious and I will lessen the amount of food I’m eating. I will reduce my WEIGHT, and hopefully, my HEIGHT will increase. J

        Excited for the new MAROSE?  Well, it’s not a new me, it’s just a better me. Things that need to change will be changed, for the better. New Year, better me. Observe and know all changes in me. J J J

Essence of Christmas

 "You better watch out, you better not cry, you better not pout, I'm telling you why, Santa Clause is coming to town". Christmas. We all know that Christmas is the time for us to have peaceful minds and hearts, joy in our hearts and of course the gift giving time. But you can have all of these everyday.  Not only during Christmas seasons.

                       

Everyone must be happy during this season. No one must be sad, and all of us should be friends and we should love each other. Christmas is not only gift giving season, it is also love giving season which is stated in the song Give Love on Christmas Day. We can do or give simple things to anyone. Surely they will appreciate it as long as it came straight from the heart.

The true essence of Christmas is not only on giving gifts but mainly giving love. It is the birth of Jesus Christ, our savior. We must celebrate it happily, peacefully and joyfully. On Christmas eve, it is not all about what you have prepared for Noche Buena but it’s about the oneness of the family. It is about how we love our family, friends, neighbors, and even those people who consider us as their enemies.

The true essence of Christmas is HOW YOU LOVE everyone. How you treasure what you have and most important, How You Remember  GOD during this seaon.

Give love on Christmas Day and everyday. 

Equality...

     Equality…. Does it exist in the modern world? Can pure equality be achieved even in this modern time? Many questions were being uttered, asked and rumoured by people around me. Who can answer these questions of mine?

At first, I thought life was as easy as it is. But then, as time goes by it become harder and harder. We were all born equally. Nobody must be manipulating and dictating what we want o do. We all have our own brains to think for our own developments, improvements and safety. We can have anything we want, we just need to pursue and have the determination to get it.

Nowadays, it’s like, quality is being ignored. Being ignored by those who are in higher positions. Maybe they are thinking that they can manipulate and dictate anyone because they have the power. But in God’s eyes WE are all equal, WE are ALL the SAME. Everyone must be treated equally, boy, girl, gay, lesbian, beautiful, ugly, tall, small, thin, stout, white, black, rich, poor, and etc. God has given us equal love, care, blessings, and even opportunities. It depends upon the person how he/she will make it better or maybe the best. Nobody can teach us what to do with our lives, we can only listen to suggestion and advices but no one can teach us.

     ALWAYS remember that we are all equal. We have equal rights, we must be treated  equally. Friends! Know your rights. We also have equal opportunities to grab! Just give your best and live life to the fullest. Never listen to those rumours about who you are because they don’t  know the real you, only you knew who really you are. Men are not above women, and vice versa. All of us are humans.

WARNING: CLIMATE CHANGE, DANGEROUS TO YOUR HEALTH. TRY TO MAKE A BETTER CHANGE

          What’s happening today? It is very true that nothing’s permanent, only the word permanent. Everything is changing; feelings, things and even people. Also, the phenomena we are suffering now, CLIMATE CHANGE.

        Coping up with all the changes in our life is not easy. Specially our body or our health. Climate change really affects our health. Some people are even getting sick because of this. As a reaction to this change, we must be ready for every happening. To prevent the bad effects of this climate change, we must not do anything that can harm any of the aspects affecting climate.

        Climate change is also occurring because of natural happenings and of course some man-made happenings. Climate change is somewhat dangerous and harmful to everyone.

Passing Another Journey

         Second Grading Period is soon to end. Lot of learning for this grading I think. First, I learned about HTML files, and all about it. Creating HTML files is great and applying different tags to it. Making these files also helps us in improving our creativity. Another is that I should always follow the format of the different HTML tags. I also improved my skills in writing. Posting our blogs is a big help in improving so.

          Learning and passing through this Grading period is not that easy. Of course, problems and challenges are always there to test and to challenge me. But also helping me to be stronger and more self-esteemed to face all of these. For this grading, I can say that time is one problem. There are so many excuses for Extra Cullicular activities that we are joining. We can’t have enough time to finish all our lessons, blogs and activities. Another is the access of internet. Accessing or surfing the internet is not fast. It takes so long before loading is complete. That’s why posting our blogs is not that easy. That’s the problems I have encountered this grading period. For the problems or challenges, I address to them by having good time management. I can have enough time for everything if I budget it, and if I manage it wisely. For the access in the internet, I am posting my blogs at home for faster access.

          Moving on, I will be more alert in our class discussions. I will compose better blogs, do better and more attractive HTML files. Betterment for the next grading period.

Upholding English Proficiency for Communicative Competence

          October? In school, this month is the celebration of English month. The theme of this month’s celebration is “Upholding English Proficiency for Communicative Competence”.

          As a student, we must be English proficient. As the universal language, everyone must learn to speak with this language. For instance, in the future, some time, somehow, you will go to the other countries. You must first learn how to speak in English so that you can be in with the people there. If you will go to other countries without knowing or learning English language, you will be dumped, they will bully you in some time, and you may also be in danger. But if you know English, you must also understand it for better results. Being proficient in English is a good help for us in dealing in our everyday lives. It can be a strong weapon for us to survive in any challenges in our lives.

          Students, as early as now, must implement being proficient in English. Uphold English Proficiency for Communicative Competence. Teachers and student must act as one for the best implementation of the activities this month. Be English Proficient and be the best. Be competitive through English Proficiency. SPEAK OUT!
